Baked Fish
Ingredients:
Instructions:
  • 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the fish fillets.
  4. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Top with slices of lemon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
