Recipe chicken and potato dish with paprika
Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and half of the paprika seasoning mixture. Spread the potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. In the same mixing bowl, add the chicken breasts and coat them with the remaining olive oil and paprika seasoning mixture.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
